Shipping Policy
º Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
º Our standard shipping is UPS Ground and U.S. Postal Service. Ground service takes approximately 3-5 days for delivery. Delivery for customers in western U.S. generally takes 2-3 days.
º We also offer via UPS: º 3 day Ground º 2nd day Air º Next Day Air
º PO Box addresses are shipped via U.S. Postal Service.
º Shipping charges are clearly displayed during checkout. There are no additonal handling fees.
º We send you the tracking number on all UPS shipments.
º Insurance is available upon request. Please email us at support@orangechimp.com
Return Policy
º If the product is defective, you may return the product back to us within 30 days of the invoice date in order to obtain a full credit or refund--we will credit/refund both product and shipping costs.
º If the box and the product that you receive is visibly damaged upon arrival, please DO NOT ACCEPT the delivery from UPS, and send us an email or call us.
º If you wish to return the product for other reasons, you have 30 days from the invoice date to return the product for an exchange or a refund. Re-stocking fee of 10% of product purchase price (minus coupons if applicable) will apply; shipping cost is NOT refundable. The customer is also responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We do this in order to keep our cost down so that more people can enjoy our overall savings.
º Regardless of the reason, the following steps should be taken in order for us to timely process your return.
1. Email us at support@orangechimp.com in order to obtain a return authorization (RMA) number. No refund or credit will be processed without the RMA number.
2. Pack and ship per our instruction. a) Include the original Packing Ship with the RMA number. b) Please include all accessories including manual, remote control, etc. c) Pack tightly to minimize shipping damages. d) Please ship and send us an email with the tracking number.
3. Return products must be in original product packaging and re-salable. Upon inspection of the return, a refund or an exchange will be processed within 2 business days. 4. After 30 days, contact the manufacturer and follow the manufacturer's warranty instructions. Thank you.
